This is :iconcrystalfishltd:'s character Annyseed. She's the main character in the webcomic 'Annyseed'. Check it out. :)

I found out what a great fun it is to draw other's OC for a change (before this I've drawn only two of them but I didn't have a reference so I was quite free to do it the way I thought was the best). I think I'll lurk for the next chance to do it.
